These workouts are great to do before a challenge and after the challenge to really see how you have improved! We did this benchmark at the end of August, see if you can beat your time!!
Warm up:
Repeat 2x through
– Plank walk out to “best stretch ever” 2x each side – 4 squat hip stretch (use elbows to push out on hips)
-8 reverse lunge to arm swings (l is 1, r is 2, etc)
-10 Jumping Jacks
1000 REP CHALLENGE!!!
*If you recorded your time before, try to beat that!
**If you want to make this workout shorter, cut to either 10 reps of each OR go through 3x
*This workout is higher in intensity so rest when you need to but try to be continuous!
You will go through this circuit 5x!
20 Walking Lunges
20 Squat to Shoulder Press
20 Bear Crawl Knee Taps
20 (40 total) Bulgarian Split Lunge Jumps (mod with video below: Static jumping lunges, 20 each leg!)
20 Standing Lateral Lunge Lateral Raise (10 each way)
20 Skaters
20 Pushup to Pounce (I want you to alternate between pushup and holding a plank so you will only do 10 pushups total)
