I'M AUDREY

Hey y’all, I’m so glad you’re here!  Strength training has always been a major component to my training.  I wanted to make a life that felt good on the inside, not just the outside. When I started seeing the benefits of strength training with my running (and even in my daily life) ten years ago my passion grew, and I knew this was something I wanted to help others with.  I’m excited to sweat with you!
