FAQs

  •  Can I be vegan and still do the challenge? YES! Just put on your questionnaire your dietary restrictions.
  • Why Macros? Food freedom! Teaching your body how to fuel it with the right portions of fats, proteins, and carbs! 
  • What do I need for this challenge? There are gym workouts that will require a few machines, dumbbells, and bands. For home workouts you will need a set of dumbbells (preferably a light set and a heavy set) and a resistance band! 
  • How long are the workouts? They range between 25-55 minutes with options to make them on the shorter end or longer. You’ll also be given cardio options.
  • Is this separate from the ABF Daily workouts? YES. You  don’t need to be a member of the ABF workouts to do this challenge! Open to ANYONE and EVERYONE. They are a similar style to my ABF workouts but in the most progressive way.
  • Are macros a meal plan? No. We give you the tools to count your own custom macros but we do not give you an exact day by day eating plan.
  • Do I need to be a runner to do this challenge? Nope! It is a strength program but I do give options for cardio if you aren’t heading out for a run! 
  • Do I have to be in a deficit to do this challenge? Nope! You can put on your questionnaire that you want maintain, gain muscle, etc! 

“This challenge feels different from other health and fitness challenges. So many other challenges promote losing x amount of weight in 30 days and people are juicing and feeling like crap. When it comes to your challenges, you want people to be healthy, take care of themselves and GET STRONG which is so important. You create workouts that are fun, sustainable, and if you are consistent over time you will see results. You give so much care and support to the long game, to the whole entire life game. It makes me feel like this is something I can do forever and I hope when I am an old lady I am. Also, when it comes to macros you are not pushy with making sure people are hitting every single macro every single day. It feels so much more like you, teamed with Bridget, are just creating awareness in our eating habits as to what makes us feel our best. There are no restrictions and it is up to us to decide what fits the macros and decide from there what makes us feel our best.

I cannot wait to keep going with your workouts. I am just about 6 months in of doing them consistently 3-5 days a week and am starting to see, and more importantly feel, results in my body. Thank you so much for creating a place where I feel welcome and capable.”
